Junior Program registration is now open!
STEPHANIE BURRY
Stephanie Burry will again be leading the Winagamie Junior Program in 2025.
Stephanie has many years of golf experience, especially with junior golfers.
She began playing golf at very young age, and became very competitive with her siblings. She played college golf at Central University of Iowa and captained the team her senior year. They were fortunate to make it to the NCAA D3 championships two of her four years. Her oldest brother also played on the PGA Tour for several years.
Stephanie and Matt have four kids: Lindsay, Nick, Zach and Lucas. They have all grown up playing golf.
The three oldest kids all played Division 1 college golf and Lucas, the youngest, is attending La Crosse. Lindsay was a girl’s high school golf coach for many years and Zach is now playing professionally after completing his college career. Nick is now married and raising his two sons and a daughter to be golfers.
Stephanie, as a middle school teacher, was very instrumental in developing her children’s golf careers and has driven them to all the junior golf tournaments.
While living in Illinois, Stephanie was also the Director of the Tri-State Junior Golf Association and coordinated weekly junior golf tournaments during the summer months in the tri-state area of Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri.
Currently, Stephanie is teaching 6th grade at Little Chute where she is the high school boys and girls golf coach. She also coaches junior high boys' basketball.
